Directions:
Can be warmed by placing entire bottle into a cup of warm water for several minutes (never heat in microwave!) 
 
Tilt head sideways and drip 2-4 drops directly into ear (for best results lay head sideways on pillow for 2-5 minutes to allow oil to fully coat ear canal
 
Use twice daily as needed (works great directly before bed for better nights sleep)
 
Can place cotton ball in ear to keep oil from draining out and leave in until you feel the oil has been absorbed.
